Increasing Fundamental Movement in Preschoolers (Ages 3 to 4)

Last week's post was linked to a site that talked about introducing physical activity to 1-2 year old children. This week we're more focused on increasing that movement for the next age range. Preschoolers need at least 180 minutes of physical activity at any intensity spread throughout the day.
