APPLE Seeds Program

The APPLE Seeds Program was created from the APPLE Model framework. It stems from the theoretical foundation of the importance of physical literacy for young children and early childhood education values. The program was developed to support Early Childhood Educators and anyone in young children's lives by creating easy, fun, and meaningful opportunities to develop their physical literacy.

APPLE Seeds Program

APPLE  has undergone rigorous piloting and has been revised based on feedback from ECEs whose suggestions and perceptions allowed the program to continue getting better. ​
