The Physical Literacy Observation Tool (PLOT) is a guide for observing preschool fundamental movement skills to enhance program planning, activities, and play based environments that will further the success of the child's physical literacy. PLOT is based on physical developmental milestones from infancy through to age six years. PLOT is both a teaching and planning tool, helping ECEs to observe how children are developing basic movement skills that lead to providing stimulating and physically literate environments both indoors and out.
